Rough Maching
The blank rough turing on cut parts is made on plan lathe, processing to meet the requirements of outside diameter and length;
Maching
According to the requirements of the drawings or contracts/orders, use CNC to machine standard and precise workpieces.
Magnrtic Inspection
Use magnetic particle inspection machine on the processing of the workpiece to do nondestructive testing, testing whether there is a crack or scar;
Inspection
Measurement and inspection are done according to the production requirements of each process, and with a complete inspection records.
Phosphate Coating
Using high temperature phosphating process, improve the phosphating film adhesion and the anti-corrosion ability of the product;
Marking&Painting
Use the automatic-painting line that our company own researched and developed on the workpieces surface painting, Conveniently and quickly;
Packing
Usually couplings are packed by pallets and pup joints by bundles and steel frames, using automatic packing machine and pallet packaging film, which are moisture-proof and anti-impacting;
Delivery
After specialized and professional factory inspection, using the trucks, rail, air transport, sea/ship transport and so on, by the integrity and stability of the transport chain to ensure timeliness of product transportation.
